Ayer fui a pasar el día con mi novio a su casa, y para la merienda le preparé estas riquísimas donas !   2. 150 cc leche tibia
  3. 50 cc agua tibia
  4. 25 gr levadura fresca
  5. 20 gr azúcar
  6. Masa
  7. 80 gr azúcar

  11. 500 gr harina 000 / 0000
  12. 50 gr manteca a temperatura ambiente
  13. Decoración
  14. C/n glasé
  15. C/n ganas de colores

  1. Fermento: En un bowl colocar leche, agua, azúcar y levadura. Mezclar bien y dejar reposar 20 minutos.
  2. Masa: Una vez leudado el fermento, agregar los huevos, el azúcar con la pizca de sal y la esencia de vainilla. Mezclar bien y agregar la harina y amasar hasta formar un bollo tierno.
  3. Agregar la manteca pomada, amasar desgarrando la masa para que integre bien. Una vez bien integrada, amasar 5 minutos más, volver la masa al bowl y dejar leudar 1 hora o hasta que duplique su tamaño.
  4. Desgasificar la masa, estirar de 1cm de espesor aprox y cortar con cortante redondo y con uno más chiquito sacar el centro. Colocarlas sobre placa enharinada y dejar leudar 20 minutos en lugar cálido.
  5. Hornear a 180°C por unos 15 a 20 minutos, depende de cada horno. Apenas empiezan a dorar, ya están listas.
  6. Bañarlas en glasé y decorar con ganas de colores! Hay algunas que las corté al medio y las hice rellenas 🤭😱😋💣🤩💞
