- 1 morrón

- Picar cebolla en pluma de unos 3 milímetros. Picar el morrón en tiras a lo largo de unos 4 milímetros. Picar en bastones la zanahoria de unos 5 milímetros de ancho
- Lavar la pulpa y secar bien, ponerle por ambos lados la mezcla de condimentos, y la sal a gusto. Yo esparzo el condimento con una cuchara de te por toda la pulpa para que quede completa bañada
- Agregarle vino solo para humedecer la carne por ambos lados
- Y dejar reposar al menos una hora
- Agregar el aceite a la carne como humedeciendo y esparcir por toda la carne
- En una asadera de vidrio, hacer una cama con la cebolla, la zanahoria y el morrón, poner la pulpa encima. y colocar sobre la carne en rebanadas la manzana
- En horno precalentado poner la pulpa y cocinar a 200° celcius por unos 18 minutos y dar vuelta la pulpa y cocinar por otros 20 minutos. Al dar vuelta mojar la manzana con el jugo que genera la cocción para que no se quemen fácilmente.
- Tips. Yo lo hago en horno eléctrico por lo que en los primeros 18 minutos y los 20 sgte. Solo uso calor por debajo, y termino de cocer por otros 10 minutos con calor arriba y a 180° celcius, controlando que la manzana no se queme. En foto resultado de la preparación.
