- Cortamos picaditas la cebolla, pimientos y zanahoria y en tiras pequeñas las vainas y las ponemos en una cazuela a rehogar
- Añadimos los champiñones y salpimemtamos
- Mientras tanto cortamos en tiras de panceta y cuando las verduras están al punto las añadimos.
- Añadimos las alubias ya cocidas (yo las cogí de un bote que ya vienen preparadas y las pase por agua en un escurridor) y el arroz.
- Vamos echando poco el caldo. Según decían en el programa hay que ir echando el caldo poco a poco, es decir, yo la primera vez eche medio vaso (junto con la sal y la cúrcuma). Cuando se absorbió eche otro medio vaso de caldo y así hasta que el arroz estuvo hecho y caldoso. Hay que ir mezclando con el cucharón poco a poco.
- Añadimos el queso en daditos y seguimos sin parar de mezclar hasta que quede la textura deseada.
- Empatamos, ponemos el queso rallado encima y decoramos con una hoja de algo (yo tenía la de menta a mano 😅)
