- Pasado este tiempo incorpora los champiñones y la mezcla koreana, integra bien y deja cocinar otros 30 minutos o hasta que la carne esté jugosa y tierna. Remueve de vez en cuando y si hace falta añade un poco de agua para que no se seque.
