Cocinar a fuego bajo hasta que esté cocida la carne.
- Una vez cocida, retirar la carne, cortar en tamaño bocado y reservar. También reservar el caldo.
- Mientras, poner a hervir los huevos hasta que estén cocidos. Pelar y reservar
- En una olla cocer los tallarines en abundante agua caliente hasta que estén al dente,(cuidado que no se pasen de cocción)
- En un wok o sartén grande, saltear el resto de las verduras cortadas en Juliana o de tamaño bocado con un poquito de aceite, (Apartar una ramita de verdeo para decorar) cuando sus colores estén más intensos y brillantes agregar el resto de la salsa de soja y saltear un minuto más. - Para concluir, en un tazón o plato hondo colocar una porción de los tallarines, no llenar hasta arriba para dejar lugar al reto de los ingredientes. Seguido colocamos las verduras salteadas con la salsa de soja unos trozos de la carne y el huevo cortado al medio, sobre esto completamos con el caldo bien caliente.
