- Mientras hacer la salsa blanca para ello poner a derretir la manteca y agregar la harina y formar una pasta, volcar encima la leche tibia y revolver hasta espesar condimentar
- Armar los rollitos, para ello extender las hojas y poner el relleno y un pedacito de queso cremoso ir metiendo los costados para adentro y enrollar, Poner en el fondo de la fuente para horno y servir algo se salsa blanca y encima los rollos y cubrir con el resto de salsa, queso y queso rallado, llevar al horno hasta gratinar
