- En una olla grande y plana colocar en seco las alcachofas rebozadas y sobre ellas parte del caldo de su cocción, que esté a punto de cubrirlas pero sin cubrirlas del todo
- Con una cuchara colocar el majado sobre cada alcachofa y el resto sí sobra en el caldo
- Añadir el vino blanco SIN REMOVER
- Cocer a fuego medio durante 5 minutos hasta que todo se integre y se reduzca el caldo.
