Ese chisporroteo es bueno, es con lo que se hace el socarrat, pero debe ser breve para que el arroz no se queme. Unos 2-3 minutos antes de que termine de hacerse el arroz coloca los carabineros que tenías reservados
  8. Déjalo reposar 10 minutos (5 si tienes prisa)
  9. Sírvelo caliente y ¡a disfrutar!
