  2. En un bowl se coloca la harina integral, la sal (en un lado) y en el centro el fermento, luego se le agrega la leche junto con el agua y el aceite de a poco y se amasa (si es necesario puede agregarse un poquito más de agua todo dependerá del tipo de harina)
    Una vez formado el bollo de deja descansar 1 hora
  3. Una vez pasada la hora se vuelve a trabajar la masa durante un minuto y se le da forma de budín y se incorpora en un molde, cubierto con papel manteca y se deja reposar entre 1 1/2hs a 2hs en el molde o hasta que doble el volumen.
  4. Se humedece con agua la superficie de la masa y se le espolvorea el mix de semillas
    Precalentar el horno y cocinar a 200°c a baño María o
    colocando bowl con agua, durante 30 min aprox
  5. Y listo!! Queda riquísimo, se puede cortar en rodajas y freezar
