- Al otro día podrá ver que algunos porotos quedaron flotando, sacarlos porque están malos, luego de realizar esto escurrir el agua de los otros porotos, para cocinarlos.
- Cortar el zapallo en cubitos, ponerlos en una olla junto a los porotos, cubrirlos con agua (deje alrededor de 2 cm de agua sobre la mezcla (para que le queden cremosos). Importante no poner ningún condimento aún, sólo la mitad de la caluga de pollo. Tpo de cocción aprox 30 minutos
- Revisar siempre con cuchara de palo si los porotos están cocidos, si es así preparar un sofrito con los condimentos (aceite, ají de color, ajos picados, orégano, comino y sal), cebolla y Chorizo entero.
- Incorporar el sofrito a los porotos, revolver para que se vaya aromatizado la mezcla, luego agregar los fideos, cortados a la mitad. Tpo de cocción aprox 10 minutos.
- Apagar la olla y preparar ají de color extra, con aceite de maravilla, para ponerlo encima de los porotos, además cortar cilantro para usarlos de la misma forma.
- A disfrutar, recomiendo servir en platos de greda, conservan el calor. Ojalá acompañar con ensalada de cebolla o cebollas en escabeche.
