- Agregar el resto de los ingredientes junto con un trozo del plátano verde rallado, esto ayuda a espesar. Cocción hasta que estén los ingredientes blandos y haya espesado el sancocho, rectificamos sazón y si es necesario agregar un poco de cilantro y cebolla larga picada. Y listo a disfrutar ☺️
