- Colocamos los trozos de calamar uno a uno, en un colador y los introducimos durante unos quince segundos en el caldo hirviendo los retiramos, podremos observar que se van enrollado los reservamos.
- Seguidamente en la cebolla que tendremos bien pochada añadimos las patatas, el arroz y el pimentón, le damos unas vueltas y lo cubrimos con el caldo caliente y lo dejamos hervir unos quince minutos y en ese momento echamos los langostinos y el calamar, lo rectificamos de sal y listo ya tenemos un excelente guiso de marisco.
