  1. Cortamos el pan en rebanadas.
  2. Picamos los ajos y el perejil, y le incorporamos bastante aceite de oliva ya que se gasta rápido (yo en mi caso le puse casi medio mortero, mi mortero es mediano)
  3. Con un pincel hay que pintar bien las rebanadas por los dos lados y poner la llanda forrada con papel vegetal ya que cuando se empiezan hacer tiran mucho aceite y así no hay que limpiar tanto.
  4. Una vez hechas, ponerlas en una fuente con papel de cocina para que empape el aceite sobrante. Es mejor comerlas templadas, en mi casa frías no nos gustan, pero es según gustos. Yo las recomiendo templadas.
