  4. Ya frío el pino dejamos la masa en un bol con papel film transparente por una hora alrededor y en el mesón espolvoreamos maizena y uslereamos la mitad de la masa, la maizena es lo que le da la crocancia a la masa y el brillo a la vez.
  5. Lo pasé por máquina de pastas hasta el número 5 debe quedar mi delgada de 1 milimetro de espesor formando un cuadrado de 8x8 añadimos una cucharadita de relleno muy abundante y una de las puntas tiramos hacia arriba sellando los bordes con la yema de los dedos formando el triángulo del wantán
  6. Ya freímos con aceite bien caliente, y doramos ambos lados, retiramos y dejamos en papel absorbente
  7. Están listas para comer con un poco de soya quedan buenísimas
