  16. 1 pimentón o morrón (corte delgado)

  1. Licuar todos los ingredientes para el marinado. Puede añadir la cerveza al final.
  2. Cortar la carne en tiras pequeñas. Añadir el licuado para marinar. Dejar reposar por lo bajo, una media hora. Cortar las salchichas en pezados pequeños. Cocer los huevos.
  3. Freír las papas a gusto (con cáscara o peladas, en bastones o tipo canoa). En esta ocasión lo hice con cáscara y tipo canoa. Freír las salchichas.
  4. Cocinar la carne ya marinada de a poco (dependiendo de la sartén que use). Colocar en una olla, para después mezclar con las salchichas. Se puede diluir un poco de maicena para espesar el jugo de la carne.
  5. Para la presentación: colocar en una bandeja las papas fritas. Luego vaciar la carne sobre las papas fritas. Decorar con los huevos duros cortados, los tomates, la cebolla y el pimentón. Si gusta, puede añadir locoto o chili picado como los pimentones.
