- 2 dientes ajo
- 2 cucharadas harina de trigo

- 1 tomate
- 1 Lim贸n
- al gusto Sal, comino y pimienta

- Disponemos de todos los ingredientes que vamos a utilizar para nuestra receta
- Lavamos las tripas muy bien haciendo pasar agua a chorros por ella, ponemos en un bowl con el jugo de las naranjas agrias, las dos cucharadas de harina y las ramas de hierbabuena picadas, cubrimos con papel film y dejamos reposar por una hora.
- Pelamos los guineos verdes y ponemos a cocer.
- Sazonamos las tripas con los dientes de ajo machacado, sal pimienta y comino al gusto
- Preparamos un encurtido con la cebolla cortada en pluma 茅l tomate el cilantro sal y Lim贸n.
- Encendemos el carb贸n y calentemos la parrilla, ponemos las tripas y doramos por 10 minutos aproximadamente hasta que empiecen a salir los jugos de su interior.
- Cortamos la tripa y el guineo cocido en trozos tama帽o bocado
- Servimos a煤n caliente acompa帽ado de una raci贸n del encurtido de tomate y cebolla, buen provecho
